1 Scope

These General Business Terms shall apply to all contracts entered into between consumers and Wolford Aktiengesellschaft (registered address of the company: Wolfordstraße 1, A-6900 Bregenz, Austria), via the website  The current version of these General Business Terms published on the website at the time of the conclusion of the contract between us shall be the version that shall govern the contract between us. Products ordered via this website will only be delivered to Austria.

You must be aged eighteen (18) years or older to purchase any Products made available via the Wolford Online-Boutique.

2 Minimum and maximum order value

In the Wolford Online Shop there is no minimum order value and consumers can spend up to a maximum of EUR 5,000.00  per order.

3 Prices

The prices shown in the shopping basket before the order is confirmed shall apply exclusively to the products ordered via the Wolford Online Shop. All prices include the applicable rate of value added tax.

4 Shipping costs

Orders placed in the Wolford Online Shop with a value below 50 EUR will incur shipping costs of 3.90 EUR  for standard shipping with Post AT . In the event of a return, the shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.

5 Contract conclusion

In our online shop, you can place the desired products in a virtual shopping basket. Before you send your order, we will summarise your order details once more for your reference. You can correct these details at any time by returning to the relevant input page using the buttons provided. By clicking on the button “send order” at the end of the order process you submit an offer to purchase the products from Wolford.

After you place your order, we will confirm receipt of your order both on the following web page as well as via email to the email address that you submit during the order process.  Neither represent any acceptance of your offer but will merely confirm receipt of your order.

Your order data and the details of the contract will be stored by us. If you wish to keep your order data, please print out the confirmation page. Your order data is not accessible online for security reasons. You can also download the General Business Terms at any time and save them as a pdf file. The order can only be placed in German.

The contract between you and Wolford is concluded when we send the ordered items to you and inform you of the same by email (acceptance). Wolford is obliged to accept or reject your contractual offer within five working days. You will be informed of any rejection within three to five working days. 

6 Reservation of title

We shall retain ownership and title to the products until payment of the purchase price has been received in full. You are obliged to treat the products with care during the period of reservation of title. You must inform us immediately in writing of any access to the products by third parties, in particular of foreclosure measures, as well as of any damage to or destruction of the products.

We are entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the statutory regulations and to demand the return of the products in the event of behaviour contrary to the contract on your part, in particular in the event of default in payment.

7 Delivery

We ship within Austria with Post AT . The delivery time to Austria  is normally  2 - 3 DAYS . Deliveries are made from Monday - Friday during normal working hours, excluding national holidays. Please take this into account when specifying the delivery address.

If certain items are not immediately available due to high demand, you have the option of leaving your email address so that we can inform you as soon as the products are available.

8 Payment

We reserve the right, under certain conditions, to offer only a selection of the above payment options for the order. In the Wolford Online Shop Austria  you can pay securely and conveniently as follows: Credit card (Visa, Master, Diners American Express), PayPal, Klarna or Sofort transfer.  
Credit card 
Your credit card will not be debited until your order has been shipped. If you return one or more items, the corresponding value of the products will be credited back to the credit card originally charged.

PayPal is a payment service provided by PayPal Inc. that allows users to make online payments. If you select payment by PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process and can continue there as a guest or with a registered account. We usually receive your payment within a few minutes and your order will be processed immediately. Please note that you agree to PayPal’s terms and conditions and thus accept PayPal’s processes.

We offer purchase on account in cooperation with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstraße 11, 41460 Neuss, Germany. 
Creditreform Boniversum GmbH is a consumer credit agency. It operates a database in which creditworthiness details regarding private individuals are stored. In the Creditreform Boniversum database, information is stored in particular regarding the name, address, date of birth, email address (if applicable), payment history and shareholdings of individuals. The purpose of processing the stored data is to provide information on the creditworthiness of the person inquired about. The legal basis for said processing is Art. 6, para. 1f EU-GDPR.

We offer purchase on account in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
•    Invoice: the payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the products. The use of the payment method “invoice” requires a positive credit assessment by Klarna. It follows that we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks in the context of pre-purchase and purchase contract processing. •    Your personal data will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and as specified in Klarna's Privacy Policy.

9 Warranty and damages

Wolford has been known for the quality, reliability and comfort of its products for decades. Each product is inspected in detail before it leaves our warehouse and must pass through several quality controls.

It goes without saying that you are entitled to the statutory warranty provisions without restriction. Minor deviations in the products, in particular in the colour, do not constitute a defect that triggers a warranty claim.

10 Right of cancellation

You may cancel your order for any products that you have purchased from us within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the final products. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Wolford E-Commerce, c/o PVS Scherrer AG, Nebengrabenstrasse 16, CH-9430 St. Margrethen, email: ) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email ) specifying your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the model cancellation form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period. For hygienic reasons, the return of sealed underwear and hosiery articles is excluded.

Consequences of the cancellation 
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees due to this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof that you have returned said products, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the products to Wolford E-Commerce, c/o Meyer & Meyer Logistikzentrum, Lehmkuhlenweg 84, DE-31224 Peine, Germany without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This requirement shall be deemed satisfied if you send the products before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We shall bear the direct costs of returning the products. You will only have to compensate any reduction in value of the products if said reduction in value is due to your handling of the products that is deemed unnecessary as far as checking the condition, properties and functioning of the products is concerned.

In case of return, you can use the return label enclosed with your order.

11 Voluntary 30-day return guarantee

In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we grant you a voluntary right of return for a total of 30 days from receipt of the products when you purchase goods from our Wolford Online Shop. This voluntary right of return allows you to cancel the contract even after the statutory cancellation period of 14 days has expired by returning the products received to us within 30 days. The timely dispatch of the products is sufficient to satisfy this requirement. In case of return, you can use the return label enclosed with your order. If you return the products voluntarily, we will refund you the amount by means of the original payment method.

Your statutory right of withdrawal (see § 11, Right of cancellation) is not affected by our additional, contractually granted voluntary right of return of 30 days, and continues to exist independently. Until expiry of the period for the statutory right of cancellation, only the statutory conditions and those contained in the cancellation policy shall apply. Furthermore, the contractually granted voluntary right of return of 30 days does not limit your statutory warranty rights. You retain these without restriction.

13 Offsetting, retention and assignment

You only have the right to offset counterclaims that have been legally established or are undisputed. The assertion of the right of retention is excluded unless it is based on the same contractual relationship.
